Allen "Bud" Coy Jr.'s Obituary
Allen "Bud" Coy Jr., 56 of Osgood died Saturday May 25, 2013 at
Decatur County Hospital.
He was self employed in farming products. He had also driven a truck for many years.
He was a former Lion's Club Member, he had formerly attended Clarksburg Christian Church, he had served as president of the Tree City Fall Festival, he had been a train engineer and brakemen and conductor of the Whitewater Valley Railroad.
He was a member of the Ripley County Ameteur Ham Radio Club.
There will be a memorial service at 4:00 pm Sunday with calling before from 2 - 4.
Born December 9, 1956 in Columbus, IN, Allen was the son of Allen B. Coy Sr. and Henrietta Woods Schuchardt. He married Teresa Reyner July 8, 2008 and she survives.
Other survivors include sons Benjamin (Sarah) Coy of Columbus and Uriah (Donna) Coy of Greensburg; stepsons James (Cassandra) Parker of Vevay and Jacob (Julie) Parker; nine grandchildren; a step father Marion "Woody" Woods; a niece Aletta (Jeff) Cherry of Indianapolis and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Robin Finney.
