Annetta Johnson (Tungate), 76, of Hope, died Friday November 30, 2018 at Columbus Regional Health.
She was a member of Hope Community Church of God.
She loved fishing, working in her flowers and spending time with her family.
Born June 27, 1942 in Taylor County, Ky., she was the daughter of Perry Willis and Bessie Ellen Wise Tungate. She married Larry Johnson September 14, 1961 and he survives.
Other survivors include children, Sheila Kay (Foy) Henderson of Columbus, Larry Jr. (Amy) Johnson and Doug (Lucretia) Johnson both of Hope; grandchildren, Adam Perry Taylor, Arron Stanley (Jasmine) Henderson, Jarod Lee (Kelsey) Henderson, Cole Henderson, Logan Henderson, Zachariah (Amanda) Johnson, Nicholas (Katey) Johnson, Gabriel (Kayla) Johnson, Hannah Annette Johnson, Trey Johnson and Koby Johnson; four great-grandsons; seven great-granddaughters; and a nephew, Paul Douglas Tungate.
Annetta's funeral will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Hope Community Church Of God with Rev. Gerald Hancock officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to service time at the church. Burial will be at Bear Creek Cemetery.
Memorials may be donated to American Cancer Society.
Annetta was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Douglas Tungate.
