Annie G. Froedge, 91 of Flat Rock died Thursday June 18, 2009 at Hospice of South Central Indiana.
She was a housewife and loved cooking for her family and friends and quilting.
She was a member of the Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Hope.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 at the Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Hope with Bro. Phillip Knight officiating. Tommy Asbury will read the obituary. Calling will be Friday from 4:00-8:00 at Norman Funeral Home in Hope and on Sat. at the church from 11:00 until time of service. Burial will be at Hawcreek Cemetery North of Hope.

Born on April 12, 1918 in Edmonton, Ky., Mrs. Froedge was the daughter of Claude and Stella Jessee Harper. She married Henry Gordon Froedge September 10, 1935 and he preceded her in death on Dec. 1, 1992.
Survivors include children, Barbara(Wayne) Pierce, Judy(Malcolm) Bragg, Janice(Kenton) Gosser, all of Flat Rock, IN; Stella Asbury, & Betty Wicker both of Hope, IN; Bernice(John) Thompson & Ronnie(Teresa) Froedge both of Columbus, IN.; 35 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Froedge was preceded in death by her parents, husband;
son , Kenneth Junior Froedge; son -in-law John Asbury; daughter -in-laws, Margie Froedge and Jenni Froedge; grandchildren, Joy Pierce and Bridget Froedge, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
