Ashley R. Price, 28, of Flat Rock, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at her home after a battle with breast cancer.

She spent her life as a mother to her three children. She liked the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and horseback riding. She enjoyed being with her children and family.

Born on April 8, 1989 in Columbus, Ashley was the daughter of Johnny Price and Lisa Whitis Price.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Price, Ashlynn Williams, and Marvin Price; mother, Lisa (Jerry Oliver) Price; father, Johnny Price; siblings, Leslie Price, Andrew Oliver, Isaiah Oliver, and Shontay Dalrymple; grandmothers, Charlotte (Rick Bess) Whitis and Elsie Price; great-grandmother, Dorothy Wenger; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of Shelby County.

Ashley is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Marvin Whitis and Johnny Glen Price; uncle, Jay Price; and step-father, Mike Dalrymple.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Terry England officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Flat Rock Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to Norman Funeral Home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
