Passed Away at Columbus Regional Hospital on Jan10th
Bruce was born May9th 1933 in Shelbyville In. & lived there most of his life Raising Black Angus Cattle along with other livestock on his Mother & Father's small Shelby county farm
He Later became a Senior Aide in the United States Senate under Vance Hartke
He was a Strong Democrat & Loved politics the remainder of his life
He was a 4 year Veteran of the Korean War as a Staff Sergeant
& Member of Lewis Creek Baptist Church
He is survived by 3 Children...Mike Thompson (Wife Cathy) of Texas
Victoria Thompson Swingle (Husband Randy) of Carmel
& Grant Thompson (Wife Tammy) of Shelbyville
& His Grandchildren Alan Thompson,Jeremy Ton,Brad Ton,Bruce Thompson & John Thompson
There will be a Visitation & Gathering of Friends & Family from
1:00 to 3:00 on Sunday January 12th
at Norman Funeral Home in Hope In.
