Charles "Chuck" A. Mee, 50, of Hope, died Tuesday January 7, 2020 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Born August 6, 1969, Chuck was the son of James T. and Barbara J. Tallent Mee.
He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors and with his family.
Chuck is survived by his parents of Hope; sons, Aaron Mee of Hope, Bret Hollman (Mindy Mullis) of Hope and Ryan Hollman of Columbus; a granddaughter, Madison Hollman of Hope; brothers, James "Tony" (Claudette) Mee of Hope and Scott (Tracy) Mee of Columbus; nephews, Joshua Shepherd (Chloe Fields), Caleb (Megan) Shepherd, James Mee (Olivia King), all of Columbus, Tyler Mee, Jacob Mee, Noah Mee, all of Hope; nieces, Ashton (Jonathon) Hibbs of Columbus and Addison Mee of Hope.
Visitation for Chuck will be Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home. A private funeral will be held on Monday. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be donated to Hauser Jets Baseball.
Chuck was preceded in death by grandparents, Aaron and Lura Tallent and Golda Mee; three uncles; and one niece.
