Charles Wayne "Charlie" Smith's Obituary
Charles Wayne "Charlie" Smith, 54 of Flat Rock died Friday
March 6, 2015 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient
Facility.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Smith of Flat Rock; a step
daughter; seven grandchildren; sisters, Lynn, Bernadette, Alice
and a brother, John.
The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Norman Funeral
Home in Hope with Rev. David Gates officiating. Visitation will be
from10:00 until service time Monday. Burial will be at Flat Rock
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to
Lewis Creek Wesleyan Church at 535 Dunn Ave., Shelbyville, IN
46176.
