Obituary

Chase Lee Galbraith, 2 of Hope passed away Saturday
December 21, 2013 at Riley Hospital .
Chase had battled Acute Myeloid Leukemia for 1 year.
Chase and his family attended the Columbus Free Methodist
Church. He enjoyed going to storytime at the library and spending
time with his brother Tristian. He loved all three of the Toy Story
Movies, Spiderman and Elmo. He also loved Mickey Mouse, whom
he got to meet recently when his wish was granted for a trip to Disney
World by the Make A Wish Foundation.
The funeral will be Friday at 11:00 a.m . at the Columbus Free MethodistChurch, 1511 22nd St. in Columbus with Pastor Mark Hurt officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m . at Norman Funeral Home in Hope and from 10:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery west of Clifford.
Memorial contributions may be donated to Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Research at Riley Hospital or The Magic Castle Cart at Riley Hospital( a
fund that provides free toys to inpatient children)
Born December 27, 2010 in Shelbyville, Chase was the son of
Andrew J. IV and Cortney Pattingill Galbraith.
He is survived by his parents of Hope; a brother Tristian James Galbraithof Hope; grandparents Samuel and Tracy Fugate of Columbus, Matthew and Dorothy J. Galbraith of Hope, Gary and Kaye Pattingill of Columbus; great grandparents Andrew and Linda Galbraith of Hope, Shirley and Jack Herring of Columbus, Curtis E. Combs Sr. of Greensburg and Mildred Hadley ofColumbus; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
