Dana S. Huntsman, 62, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Dana had previously worked in Direct Patient Care and as a Ward Clerk at Muscatatuck State Hospital. She enjoyed doing puzzles, collecting Precious Moments, and making candy. Years ago, she enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting.

Born on July 3, 1958 in Greensburg, Dana was the daughter of William and Charlotte Vickrey Maddux. She married Mark Huntsman on April 21, 1979, and he survives.

Other survivors include son, Jeremy (Bianca) Huntsman of Scipio; grandsons, Caleb and Callum Huntsman, both of Scipio; siblings, Cindy (Mike) Goodpaster of North Vernon, Jeff (Angie) Maddux of North Vernon, and Darin Maddux of Hayden; and several nieces and nephews.

Dana is preceded in death by her parents; brother, William Daryl Maddux; and infant sister, Deborah Maddux.

A private family viewing will be held at Norman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Flat Rock Cemetery.
