Daniel Wayne Burton, 43, of Columbus, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Born on September, 6, 1978 in Columbus, Daniel was the son of Danny Bruce Burton and Deniese Biddinger Childers.

Daniel loved watching football.

Survivors include his father, Danny Burton of Columbus; sister, Taunya M. (Robert) Johnson of Columbus; and grandfather, Keith Biddinger of North Vernon.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Deniese; sister, Amanda Watson; and his grandparents.

Cremation is planned. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 15 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home. Masks are required for this visitation.
