Darin E. Holder, 40 of Edinburgh died Tuesday November 3, 2009.
He was a self employed truck driver.
He was a member of the Hope Moravian Church. He graduated from Hauser High School in 1987. He enjoyed NASCAR, bowling, gardening, golf, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday at 10:30 am at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Bryan C. Trotter officiating. Visitation will be on friday from 4-8 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be donated to his son, Clayton W. Holder's Education Fund.
Born on May 3, 1969 in Columbus, IN, Darin was the son of Ralph Holder of Columbus and Rosemary Robertson Holder of Hope. He married Cindy Burbrink on October 31, 1998 and they had recently divorced.
Survivors include his parents; his exwife; a son, Clayton W. Holder of Edinburgh; a brother, Tony Holder of Hope; a grandfather, Ernest Holder of Columbus and a a niece and nephew Lakeesha and Greg Holder, both of Hope.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Pauline Holder; grandparents Dike and Frances Robertson.
