Donald L. Fogle, 80, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday,
Oct. 11, 2016 at his home.
He was retired from Cummins Engine Company and had
been a volunteer fireman.
Donald was a member of Burney Baptist Church and
Milford Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star. He was previously
a member of the Shrine Club in Indianapolis, and a current
member in Florida. He was part of the Noble Truckers Unit.
Donald enjoyed fishing, motorcycle riding, and spending
time with his family.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Norman Funeral
Home in Hope with Pastor Jeremy Martin officiating. Burial
will follow at Milford Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from
4 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at
the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Our Hospice of
South Central Indiana or Shriners Hospital in Cincinnati.
Born January 23, 1936 in Bartholomew County, Donald was
the son of Clarence and Beulah Adams Fogle. He married
Maudie Shedd on Aug. 3, 1954, and she survives.
Other survivors include children, Donna (Cary) Sebastian,
Denise Rust, Jack (Dianna) Fogle, and Debra Fogle, all of
Greensburg; grandchildren, Christy (Dana) Smiley of
Greensburg, Natalie (Brian) AmRhein of Nashville, IN,
Mellissa (Jake) Shook, Jenny (Brock) Hahn, Justin (Stacie)
Fogle, all of Greensburg, and Tony (Kelly) Hansen of
Lafayette; great-grandchildren, LCpl Chaz Smiley,
LCpl Jordan Smiley, Maggie Smiley, Miles AmRhein,
Jacobi, Kelby, McKinley, and Carly Shook, Braylon
Hahn, Jayden and Addisyn Fogle, and Liz, Sam, and
Ben Hansen; and siblings, Gale (Iva) Fogle, Dick
(Debbie) Lozier, and Roberta Linger, all of Greensburg.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joetta Fugate; brothers, Larry and Gary Fogle; and great-grandson, Brendan Shook.
