Edwin Walter Burney II, 67 of Hope passed away Monday Nov.
19, 2012 at Miller's Merry Manor at Hope
Mr. Burney had been a CPA and the Chief Financial Officer for
Full o' Pep in Bloomington for many years. He had served in the U.S.
Navy and was a member of the Hope United Methodist Church.
He was a graduate of Depauw and Indiana Universities and a
member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity and liked golf, bicycling and to
travel.
The funeral will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Norman
Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Jerry Crouse officiating. Calling hours
will be on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be
at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of South
Central Indiana.
Born in Columbus Oct 26, 1945, Mr. Burney was the son of
Edwin W. and Helen Sharp Burney.
Survivors include first cousins Carol Gardner of Hope,
Becki Richards of Merrillville, Jim and Mike Sharp of Lafayette,
and Barbara Turner of Florida and several second cousins.
Mr. Burney was preceded in death by his parents.
