Eric Lee Smith, 27 of Columbus died November 26, 2012 at

Columbus Regional Hospital .

The funeral will be conducted Tues. Dec. 4 at 2:00 pm at Norman

Funeral Home in Hope. Calling hours will be Tues. from noon until service time. Burial will be at Hawcreek Cemetery.

Eric was born January 20, 1985 in Columbus. He loved fishing and playing darts. He was the son of Eric McIntyre and Karen Leigh Smith Ogle and they both preceded him in death.

He is survived by a step-father, Kenneth "Bambi" Ogle.

Other survivors include; a fiance', Ashley Lynn Wade and their children, Bronson Lee and Maileigh Jo Smith and Audrey Wade of Columbus; a former wife,Amber Nicole Smith and their child, Erika Jade Smith of Columbus; step siblings, Tony, Mike, Tina and Danny Ogle, Kathy Bell and Tijuana Newton all of Columbus; Aunts, Barbara Frost, Donna Harden, Susie Estep and Diane Rutherford; uncles, Lowell Smith and David Smith and cousins, Samantha, Freddy, Jason, Jennifer, Amber, Amy, Ray, Jamie, Jessica, Heather, Tamara, Alisha and Nick.
