Ethel L. Sigman, 81 of Hope passed away Tuesday November
12, 2013 at I.U. Methodist Hospital.
She worked with her husband on the family farm. She enjoyed her life on the farm and taking care of her family.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11:00 am at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4 - 8 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hawcreek Baptist Cemetery northeast of Hope.
Memorial contributions may be donated to the donor's choice of charities.
Born September 25, 1932 in Columbus, Ethel was the daughter of F.G.and Velma Rutan Waddle. She married Bruce C. Sigman August 25, 1951.
Survivors include her husband of Hope; children Linda (Paul) Hubbard
of Middletown, OH, Janice Watson of Lafayette, IN, Don (Barb) Sigman of Hope, Arlene (Bryan) Dailey of Hope, Shirley (John) Wiseman of Hope, Roxann Maley of Columbus and John (Jill) Sigman of Germantown Hills, IL; fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; a niece Diane Ginn of Columbus and a nephew Bobby (Lynetta) Waddle of Elizabethtown.
Mrs Sigman was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Bob Waddle; a sister Elsie Hatton; a great grandchild Isabella Dailey; two son-in-laws Dick Watson and Tony Maley and a nephew Steve Hatton.
