Frances E. Daugherty, 91, of Columbus passed away Monday June 21, 2021 at her residence.

Born September 6, 1929 in Oklahoma, Frances was the daughter of French Fultz and Martha Fultz.

She attended Bethel Baptist Church and Parkside Baptist Church.  She was a foster grandparent at Clifty Creek School and she loved to volunteer for different things.  She enjoyed playing cards, board games and doing many different kinds of crafts.

Frances is survived by daughter, Sharon (Jeff) Carr of Columbus; grandchildren, Jeremy Rhoades of Lillian, Alabama, Kristen (Chad) Shade of Columbus and Erica, Ashley, Jamie and Michelle; great grandchildren, Savana and Tyson Lavanway of Columbus.

There will be a graveside service at Garland Brook Cemetery Thursday at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Howard Boles.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Alzheimer's Association.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Daugherty and brothers, Earl and Chester Fultz.
