Gloria Jean Rogers, 90, of Columbus, died Tuesday April 9, 2019 at Schneck Memorial Hospital.
Born August 22, 1928 in Arcadia, NY, she was the daughter of Joseph and Catherine Brugge Monje. She married Francis Rogers and he preceded her in death in 2007.
Gloria is survived by children, Susan Asher, Scott Rogers, Jeff (Raquel) Rogers and Lance (Pam) Rogers, all of Columbus; grandchildren, David Rogers, Johnathon (Grace) Rogers and Kayla (Jacob) Short; 3 great- grandchildren and a brother, Jim Monje of Newark, NY.
Gloria enjoyed sewing, knitting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Norman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers, Frank and Richard Monje.
