Greg E. Bennett, 48 of Columbus, died Sunday January 27, 2008 at 2:05 PM at his home.
He was born on July 6, 1959. He married Sara E. Adams May 26, 2000. She passed away in March of 2003.
He worked at Cummins Engine Co. assembling enginesand previously drove a dump truck. He was an avid motorcyclist, riding them since he was 3 years old.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday January 30 at Norman Funeral Home at 2:00 pm by Rev. Lonnie Fields. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 pm on Wed. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Norma Bell Bennett of Col.; daughters, Stephanie and Shannon Bennett of Columbus; a brother, Jim Bennett of Columbus and a sister, Diane Bennett of North Vernon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara E. Adams Bennett.
