Harold Doug Craig's Obituary
Harold (Doug) Craig, 62 of Hope died at 7:19 p.m. Saturday at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.
Mr. Craig retired from General Motors Truck Plant and was a member of Hope Masonic Lodge, American Legion and past member of Hope Fire Dept.
He loved to read, fish and hunt and had served with the U.S. Air Force.
The funeral will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Norman Funeral Home. Calling will be on Thursday form 4 to 7:30 p.m with a masonic memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Cremation is planned
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hope Fire Dept.
Born in Marion October 11, 1947, he was the son of Theodore D. Craig of Columbus and the late Beverly Wilkins Craig.He married Nadine May on Novemeber 19, 1971 and she survives.
Other survivors include children Jerry (Melissa) Craig, and their chidlren Shane, Jerry,Jr., Kyle Cameron and Solara of Hope, Dawn ( Roger) Boyer and their children Cassie, Andrew, Kraig, Ben and Olivia of Columbus and Dale (Angi) Craig and their children Shane, Zach, Jaylin of Taylorsville; great grandchild Karmyn and a brother Theodore A. Craig of Rochester, Minn.
