Harold William Zollman, 81 of Hope, passed away Wednesday
June 25, 2014 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He had retired from Cummins Engine Company after 28 years
of service and had been the owner and operator of Zollman Electric
for many years.
Born December 22, 1932 in Fowler, IN, Harold was the son of
William and Linnie Gillen Zollman. He married Colleen Bishop
July 14, 1979 at the Hope Moravian Church and she survives.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean war.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, loved baseball,
NASCAR and working in his flower gardens.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Jeff Van Orden officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorials may be donated to Hope Relay For Life throught the
funeral home.
Survivors include his wife Colleen of Hope; children, Joe Willock,Julie Zollman and Ronnie Zollman all of Hope, Jackie Bishop Fettig of Nashville, TN, Kyle (Lisa) Zollman of Columbus and Kevin (Stephanie)Bishop of Columbus; grandchildren, Jessica Imlay, Tiffany and Justin Zollman and Paige and Zoe Bishop; great grandchildren, Faith Bean,and Luke and Wyatt Imlay; a sister Patricia Burton of Fowler.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Linnie; sisters, Ruth Pritchett and Margaret Morgan; brothers, Don, Marvin and Jack Zollman; grandson, Matthew Zollman.
