Helen Marie Cohee's Obituary
Helen Marie Cohee, 90 of Newbern died Saturday March 20, 2010 at Homeview Health & Rehab Center in Franklin.
She was retired from Arvin Industries where she had worked in the office.
She attended the Newbern United Methodist Church.
She loved gardening, especially her rose garden.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Garland Brook Mausoleum Chapel. Calling will be from 1:00 until service time at the mausoleum. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Norman Funeral Home in Hope.
Memorials may be donated through th funeral home to Newbern United Methodist Church or Riley Children's Hospital.
Born on August 9, 1919, in Edinburgh, Mrs. Cohee was the daughter of Albert and Olive Pruit Taylor. She married Charles Cohee on November 8, 1937 at the Newbern United Methodist Parsonage. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Margaret, Betty, Flossie, Mabel and Joyce and her brothers, Paul, Oscar and Albert Gene.
