Survivors include his wife, Trina Wiles Skaggs of Taylorsville; sons, Jeremy M. Skaggs and Brandon (Sierra Springmeier) Skaggs, both of Taylorsville; and parents, Earl and Rickie Taylor Skaggs of Clifford.
