Jewell Carolyn Ciesiolka, 78 of Columbus died November 30, 2019 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Before retirement she worked in food service.

Born August 31, 1941 in Grider, KY, Jewell was the daughter of Henry and Amanda Ruby Scott Wells.  She married David Ciesiolka.

The public may visit the family of Jewell on Thursday from 10:30 am to 1:00 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.

Jewell is survived by her husband David; children, Pamela Gwen (Andre') Robinson of Indianapolis, Michelle Denise Philpot of Jacksonville, FL., Mark Anthony Ciesiolka of Columbus and Shannon Renee Alsup (Joseph Chapo) of Deputy; grandchildren, Mark Ciesiolka Jr. of Columbus, Lexi Carter of Jacksonville, FL., Bo Philpot of Jacksonville, FL., Thomas (Samantha) Alsup of Seymour, Derrek (Olivia) Alsup of North Vernon, Logan Alsup of Deputy and Liera Ortiz of Arlington, TX; sisters, Wilma, Debbie, and Corrine and Brothers, Tim Wells and Mike Wells.

Jewell was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Leonard, Junior and Dale Wells.
