Jim R. Mourey, 81, of Columbus died at 4:15 pm Thursday December 23, 2010 at Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Mr Mourey had worked for Cummins Engine Co for twenty years. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
The funeral will conducted at 12:30.pm. Wednesday at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Calling will be on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be conducted by Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
Born on February 6, 1929 in Grammer, Mr. Mourey was the son of Harry and Bessie Mourey.
Survivors include sons, Tim (Kim) Mourey and Robert Mourey both of Columbus; grandchildren, Tim Mourey,Jr. of Indianapolis and Cody Mourey of Columbus; a sister, Eva Bridgewater of Ohio.
Mr. Mourey was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Louise Hamm and Margie Mourey.
