Joanne Carol Eden, 84, of Hope passed away on the evening of Friday, April 26, 2024 at her home.
Born on June 16, 1939 in Barberton, Ohio, Joanne was the daughter of Frank E. and Geraldine Lemon Ott. She married Howard Eden in August of 1957, and he preceded her in death on April 2, 2005.
Joanne was a member of Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church.
She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, and reading.
Survivors include children, Howard W. (Katharine) Eden of Hope, Joseph L. (Denise) Eden of Austin, IN, and Beverly Grable of Columbus; three grandchildren; six step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Ann (Rick) Frazier of Stow, OH, Vicky Ott of Shelbyille, David Sherril of Ohio, Jackie Ott, and Brenda Dietrick; and several nieces and nephews.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and four siblings.
The funeral for Joanne will be held on Wednesday, May 1 at 1 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home. Visitation hours will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
