Joseph H. Morin's Obituary
Joseph Hector Morin, 87 of Columbus passed away at 1:02 p.m. Tuesday July 27, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Morin had been employed at Firestone for 27 years and was a member of the Jehovahs's Witness Church and served with the U.S. Army during W.W. II.
He enjoyed gardening, reading, and being a handyman around the house
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs's Witness Church. Cremation is planned.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Soutn Central Indiana.
Born in Fall River. MA. on Feburary 1, 1923, he was the son of Joseph and Rosanna Michaud Morin. He married Marie Beaudry on Oct. 4, 1943 and she survives
He was the last living child in a family of 22 children.
Other survivors include children Madeleine Morin, Albert (Dorrie) Morin of Columbus , Rose Marie (Richard) of New Jersey, Noella Beckwith, Paul Morin,GillesMorin, and Roger Morin all of Massachusetts,Pauline (Steve) Brandeberry of South Carolina, Theresa Gamble of Connecticut,Gerad Morin and Donald (Vicky)
Morin of Indiana, Jean (Sandy) Morin of California and George ( Rachel) Morin of Ohio; 28 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
