Joyce G. Andrews "Mimi Juice", 74, of Columbus, died August 1, 2018 at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Joyce was owner of Shaton's in Hope for 40 years. She attended Community Church of Columbus.
She enjoyed cleaning and working. Joyce loved her grandchildren.
Born on December 15, 1943 in Albany, Kentucky, Joyce was the daughter of Virgil and Edna Shoopman Thrasher.
Survivors include children, Shannon (Sherry Peak) Andrews of Hope and Tonya (Chris) Phillips of Land O' Lakes, FL; grandchildren, Nick and Alex Phillips of Land O' Lakes, FL and Ava Andrews of Columbus; sister, Linda (Richard) Emily of Columbus; brother, Curt (Sue) Thrasher of Albany, KY; nieces, Sandy Watson and Peggy McKenzie; and nephew, Curtis Emily.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bob Thrasher; and nephew, Brian Goce.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Norman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
