Obituary

Julia F. Andrews Cook, 91 of Columbus died
September 22, 2014 at Our Hospice of South Central
Indiana.

The funeral will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at
Norman Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. Gerald
Hancock officiating. Calling will be one hour
prior to service time. Burial will be at Garland
Brook Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be donated to
Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Julia was a graduate of the Clifford High
School class of 1940. She graduated from the
American Institute of Practical Nursing and
attended Indiana Business College.

She retired from Daily Feed and Grain in
1984. She was a member of Elizabethtown United
Methodist Church and attended Flintwood Wesleyan
Church. She was a charter member of American
War Mothers,past member of Eastern Star and
Indianapolis Postcard Club. She was an avid
reader and a very loving mother.

Mrs. Cook was born July 9, 1923 to Ora
George and Mabel Jayne Andrews.

Survivors include, daughters, Janet Enochs
of Columbus and Sereta(Fred) Andrews of
Nashville, IN; grandsons, Derik(Rachel) Gratz,
Torrey(Nikki) Miller, Levi(Kelli) Miller and
Zachary Miller; step grandson, Allen Kelley;
great granddaughters, Torrie, Paton, Taylor,
and Paige Miller; great grandsons, Silas and
Cooper Gratz, Keagan and Eli Miller; great
great granddaughter, Holly Rose; brother,
Howard (Maribell) Andrews of Columbus and
sisters, Lenora Hull of Hope, IN, Helen(Norman)
Wallace and Maxine Bumbalough, both of Columbus.

Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her
parents; her son, Barton Miller and brothers,
Homer Dale and James F. Andrews.
