Kris E. Rich, 38, of Columbus died Friday March 4, 2016 at
Columbus Regional Hospital.
He had been employed as a Taxi Cab Driver in Columbus.
He was a member of Fairlawn Presbyterian Church.
He loved hunting, especially for mushrooms, fishing, wrestling
and NASCAR.
The funeral will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Norman Funeral
Home in Hope with Rev. Wes Jones officiating. Visitation will be
Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until
service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist
Cemetery (west of Clifford).
Memorial contributions may be donated to Norman Funeral
Home to help with funeral expenses.
Born September 30, 1977 in Bartholomew County, Kris was the
son of the late Buddy Rich and Sue Ann Wise Graham of Columbus.
He married Brenda Lee and she survives.
Other survivors include; a step mother, Carol Rich of Hope;
step children, Ronnie (Erin) Pruitt of Indianapolis, Paul Palmeter of
Anderson and Wendy (Chip) Youmans of Saganaw, MI; 5 step
grandchildren; 2 great step grandchildren; siblings, Kim (Brad) Coy
of Hope, Kevin (Betty) Rich of Columbus; step sisters, Denise
Graham of Columbus, Misty and Bobbie Jo Graham of Minnesota;
nephews, Jason Darnell and Nathan Rich (Sam); great niece,
Hailee Darnell and several step nieces and nephews.
Kris was preceded in death by his father; step
father, Tim Graham and step brother, T.J. Graham.
