Lou Ann Raeder, 65, of Hope, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Miller's Merry Manor.

Lou Ann was a member of Chapel of the Good Shepherd. She enjoyed spending time with her family and church family, and cooking.

Born on December 25, 1954, Lou Ann was the daughter of Harold Thompson and Betty Jean Hepburn Caldwell. She married Richard Raeder and he survives.

Other survivors include children, Lucretia (Doug) Johnson of Hope and Ryan (Morgan) McDaniel of Hope; grandchildren, Trey and Koby Johnson of Hope and Isaiah and Paige McDaniel of Hope; and siblings, Freida (Ronnie) Robertson of Hope, Lowell (Susan) Thompson of Hope, and Joey (Betsey) Hepburn of Hope.

Lou Ann is preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Ellsworth Hepburn; and brother, Wayne Thompson.

A private graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery with Rev. Gerald Hancock officiating.
