Lutz K. Schulz, 58 of Hope passed away at 9:11 a.m. Monday Oct. 27, 2008 at Columbus Regional Hospital . Lutz was owner of JD & Co. in Columbus. He was born in Northeim, Germany on August 14, 1950 to Romuald and SonjaLange Schulz. He married Susie Tafflinger on May 28, 1989 in Brown Co. State Park and she survives. Other survivors include his mother of Bloomington, children Lisa (Glen) Schulz-Kuhn of Miami, Fla., Christopher Rogers of Greenwood, Krista Schulz of Bloomington,Greta ( Edward) Murphy of Indianapolis and Karl and Molly Schulz both of Hope, sisterHeidi (Doug) Abrahamson of Phoenix, Az; and a grandson Nathan Kuhn. He was preceded in death by his father and a cousin Marty Wiedersatz A celebration of Lutz's life will be from 5 to 8 pm Thursday at Norman Funeral Home.
