Mary Florence Epperson, 84 of Hope passed away Wednesday at 12:45 a.m. at Silver Oaks Health Center. Mrs. Epperson had worked in the office at Camp Atterbury and for the U.S. Postal Service. She was a graduate of Smithmills High School and Owensboro Business College both in Kentucky. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hope, Hope Royal Neighbors and Phi Beta Phia Sorority. She also loved sewing for people, gardening, roses,reading,playing cards, workingcrossword puzzles, music and baking. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Norman Funeral Home with the Rev.Mark Walker officiating. Calling will be on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery. Born in Henderson, Ky January 1, 1924 she was the daughter of Leslie and Mamie Culver Allin.
