Mary Nell Hamner, 91, of Columbus died at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday February 22, 2011 at The Waters in Seymour.
Mary Nell worked as a nurses aid for many years and as a home nurse for several families in Columbus.
She enjoyed reading, crocheting and working with her flowers during the Spring and Summer
Gravesite rites will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Hope Moravian Cemetery. There are no calling hours planned. Arrangements were made by Norman Funeral Home in Hope.

Mary Nell was born May 29, 1919 in Bristol, Tenn. She was the daughter of I.N. and Lenora Virginia Bell Epperson.
Survivors include her daughter Kathy D. Crider of Columbus; a sister Velma (Robert) Harvey of Hope; grandchildren Robert P. Crider and Lori C.(Kerry) Morrow both of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Lance R and Cameron D. Crider, Cole Arron Andis and Morgan Hope Morrow.
She was prceded in death by her parents, brothers Bert, Bill and Claude Epperson and three sons William O. Hamner Jr.,Robert L and Paul Allen Hamner.
