Matthew Scott Thomas Henderson's Obituary
Matthew Scott Thomas Henderson, 19 of North Vernon died wednesday morning in Decatur County.
He was a member of the National Guards.
He loved wrestling, boxing, reading and animals.
Visitation will be sunday February 28 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with a celebration of his life to follow at 3:00.
Memorial contributions may be donated to a memorial fund for Matthew thru the funeral home.
Born on October 25, 1990, in Lawrence County, Matthew was the son of Tom and Artina Doty Henderson of North Vernon.
Survivors include 2 sisters, Tesla and Vivian Doty of North Vernon; grandparents, Shirley Doty of North Vernon, Mary Henderson of Hope and Marci Doty of Nashville, IN; uncles, Steven Jr. and Will Doty of North Vernon; an aunt, Lettie (Franz) Harker of Hope and cousins, Shay, Dakota, and Breanna Doty of North Vernon and Franz and Natasha Harker, both of Hope.
Matthew's grandfather, Steven Doty Sr. died Thursday February 25. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Charles Henderson and a cousin, Danielle Doty.
