Max "Duane" Williams, 56, of Hartsville, died Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Duane had previously been employed as an operations manager for Hostess/Dolly Madison.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartsville. He enjoyed the outdoors.
Born on May 18, 1963 in Columbus, Duane was the son of Max Vernon and Anna Pearl George Williams.
Duane is survived by his mother, of Columbus; children, Amanda Williams of Columbus, Cory Williams of Hartsville, Ryan (Emily) Williams of Hartsville, Matthew Williams of Columbus, and Spenser Smith of Greensburg; grandchildren, Deklan and Teddy Williams, both of Columbus, and one granddaughter on the way; siblings, Shari (Greg) Williams of Arkansas and David Williams of Columbus; beloved ex-wives, Frankie Miller of Columbus, Susan Clapp of Greensburg, and Tammy Smith of Greensburg; mother-in-law, Louetta Anderson of Greensburg; and father-in-law, Bill Davis of Elizabethtown.
He is preceded in death by his father.
A service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Tallent officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service on Saturday. Cremation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be given to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
