Obituary

Nadine "Na" Craig, 65 of Hope died Thursday May 31, 2012 at St. Frances South Hospital.

She was a substitute teacher in the Flatrock- Hawcreek School System and was a fire fighter instructor for the state of Indiana.

She was a First Responder on the Hope Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the Hope United Methodist Church. She loved to sew and do other crafts and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

A  memorial service for Mrs. Craig, given by the Indiana Volunteer Fireman's Association will be Monday at 7:30 pm at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 pm until service time at the funeral home. Cremation is planned following the service.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Hope Volunteer Fire Department through the funeral home.

Born December 29, 1946, Mrs. Craig was the daughter of Andrew May Jr. and Virginia Schrimpf May. She married Doug Craig November 19, 1971 in Columbus and he preceded her in death July 17, 2010.

Survivors include; children, Jerry (Melissa) Craig and their children Shane (Brittney), Jerry Jr., Kyle, Cameron and Solara and their granddaughter Laela of Hope, Dawn (Roger) Boyer and their children Cassie, Andrew, Kraig, Ben and Olivia of Columbus, Dale (Angi) Craig and their children Shane, Zach and Jaylin and their granddaughter Karmyn of Columbus and brothers Andrew (Margie) May III and Stephen May all of Franklin.

Mrs. Craig was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
