Nancy Ann Reed, 72, of Hope, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Franciscan Health.

Born on January 31, 1950, she was the daughter of Bill and Dorothy Wheeler Dickey.  She married Charles Reed on March 22, 1970, and he survives.

A funeral service for Nancy will be on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope.  It will be officiated by Pastor Paul Hardin.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from noon until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hawcreek Cemetery.

Nancy enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and loved spending time with her family at the races.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Charles of Hope; sons, Tim Reed of Hope and William (Katherine) Reed of Hartsville; grandchildren, Josh Reed, Zach Reed, Lyndsi Reed, Caitlyn Reed, Elizabeth (Caleb) Knox, James Jessie, Ricky Reed, Brandon Burton, Jameson Reed, Leanna Reed, and Jamie Lynn Reed; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Roxanne (Joe) Dewitt of Hope, Pete (Lisa) Dickey of Hope, Bob (Mary) Dickey of Columbus, and Bill Dickey of Salem; and several nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tricia Anthony; brother, Les Dickey; and sister, Rita Dickey.
