Nellie Marie Caldwell, 88 of Columbus passed at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday March 16, 2010 at Miller's Merry Manor in Hope.
Mrs. Caldwell was retired from Columbus Regional Hospital .She was a member of Faith Chapel Church and loved spending time with her family and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Norman Funeral Home in Hope with the Rev. David Bragg offiiciating.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Friday. Burial will be at Rest
Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Memorial contibutions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or Hawcreek-Flatrock Endowment Fund through the funeral home.

Born June 26, 1921 , Mrs. Caldwell was the daughter of Lloyd and Cordelia Tungate Tungett. She married Willie C.Caldwell and he preceded her in death in 2005.
Survivors include; children, Willie Ray (Mary) Caldwell of North Vernon, Katherine Lucille (Donald) Bailey of Columbus and Joyce (Pete) Sessions of Wesport; a brother Henry Tungett of Columbus; twelve grandchildren; thirty one great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, one brother and a great grandson.
