Noelgene Crosby, 89 of Flat Rock passed away
Wednesday March 2, 2016 at Our Hospice of South Central
Indiana Inpatient Facility.
He was a farmer for many years. He loved John Deere tractors
and spending time with his grandkids.
The funeral will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Norman Funeral
Home in Hope with Rev. Marcus Speer officiating. Visitation
will be Sunday from 1to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will
be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Memorial contributions may be donated to American Cancer
Society's Hope Relay For Life through the funeral home.
Born February 4, 1927 in Shelby County, Noelgene was the
son of Russell and Eva Thornburg Crosby. He married Ethel
Hungerford and she preceded him in death November 15, 2004.
Survivors include a son, Richard Crosby of Shelbyville; a daughter,
Ruthann Dingman of Hope; grandchildren, Alicia (Manny) Canino,
Dustin Crosby, Aaron Dingham(Jessica Imlay) and Hannah (Kyle)
Groves; great grandchildren, Elysia Emerson, Lillith Crosby, Makayla
Dingham, Faith Bean, Luke and Wyatt Imlay and Keaton Groves; a
brother, George Crosby of Greensburg and a special friend, Louise
Davis, whom he enjoyed going out to eat with.
Noelgene was preceded in death by; his parents; his wife; a
brother, Jim Crosby; a daughter Betty Ann Crosby and sons, John
and Bill Crosby.
