Robert D. Harvey, 89, of Hope, died Friday December 2,
2016 at 10:20 p.m. at Keepsake Village.

Before retirement, he worked in the factory at
Cummins. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII.

He enjoyed fishing, horseshoes, and watching his
grandkids play sports. He liked spending time at Tuff
Creek Lodge.

There will be a graveside service Monday at 10:00 a.m.
at Hope Moravian Cemetery with full military graveside
rites conducted by Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard.

Born March 28, 1927, Robert was the son of Archie and
Edna Stater Harvey. He married Velma L. Epperson on
September 23, 1953, and she survives.

Other survivors include grandchildren, Brandon (Angela)
Murphy of Atlanta, GA, Shana (Joe) Feldpausch of Nashville, TN,
and Casey (Melia) Murphy of Franklin, IN; great-grandchildren,
Skylar and Piper Murphy, both of Atlanta, GA; and several
nieces and nephews.
