Obituary

Terry "French Fry" Woodard, 54 of Columbus passed away
Monday March 17, 2014 at St Vincent Hospital- Seton Specialties.
He had previously been employed at Lear Plastic Factory in
Edinburgh.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Ladder Day
Saints where he served as an elder. He had served in the U.S. Army.
He loved to sing and enjoyed going to nursing homes to sing with
a group.
The funeral will be at 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Norman Funeral
Home in Hope with Bishop Bryan Busselberg officiating. Vistation
will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Thusday. Burial will be at
Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be donated to the Church of Jesus
Christ Latter Day Saints.
Born September 26, 1959 in Seymour, Terry was the son of James
Earl Woodard and E. Lucille Engelking Essex. He married Marsha
Lee Ann Robinson December 16, 1989 and she preceded him in death
November of 1997
Survivors include his mother Lucille and step-father Gene P. Essex of
Hope; a sister, Kate Engel (Grey Fugate) of North Vernon; a brother,
Wes (Melanie)Woodard of Greensburg; a step-brother, James Essex of
Hope; a step-sister,Tres (A.J.) Bingham of Whiteland and several nieces
and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his father James, his wife Marsha, his
grandparents, Earl and Lela Woodard and Francis and Monice Engelking;
his aunt Patricia Tidd; a nephew and two cousins.
